Sarah Clarke, MBA, currently serves as the Sr. People Operations Manager for Compensation & Benefits at Arcadia, starting in October 2023. Previously, Sarah held various roles at SIG SAUER, Inc., including Sr. Manager of Compensation Benefits & HRIS from January 2017 to September 2023, and Sr. Benefits, Compensation and HRIS Analyst from September 2012 to December 2016. Sarah's career began at The Timberland Company, where responsibilities included evaluating positions and conducting annual pay reviews from August 2002 to September 2012. Further experience includes roles at Enterasys Networks as a Human Resources Client Services Benefits Analyst. Sarah holds an MBA from Franklin Pierce University and degrees in Business Science from New England College and McIntosh College.
