Shannon Cole

Shannon Cole is a seasoned tax professional with extensive experience in corporate tax management and strategy. Currently serving as the Global Director and Head of Tax at Arcadia since June 2022, Shannon previously held the position of Corporate Tax Director and Corporate Tax Manager at Rollins, Inc. from April 2015 to June 2022. Prior experience includes a role as Tax Manager at Dixon Hughes Goodman LLP from January 2010 to April 2015. Shannon holds both a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master of Accountancy in Accounting from the University of Georgia's Terry College of Business, earned between 2004 and 2009.
