Lisa Riedmiller

Lisa Riedmiller, has over 29 years of venture capital limited partnership accounting, investor relations and fund administration experience. During that time, she has assisted her clients from fundraising and pre-close stages, into the final years of their terms, and through the dissolution process. She has worked with Fund Managers to circumvent or remedy defaulting partners. And, she has encountered nearly every imaginable outcome for a portfolio investment. In between, she has facilitated capital calls and distributions, prepared financial statements, and handled LP communications. Most importantly, she has absorbed a wealth of knowledge that only comes with time.

From 1988 to 1997, Lisa was employed by OSCCO Ventures, one of the first VCs to break ground at Sand Hill Road in Menlo Park, CA. Lisa holds a BA from California State University at San Jose, graduating Summa Cum Laude.
