Asim Raza, JD, MBA

Asim Raza, JD, MBA has extensive experience in legal and corporate affairs. Asim began their career in 1997 as an Associate Attorney at Evans & Dixon, where they worked on corporate insurance litigation and policy coverage matters. In 1998, they moved to Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP, where they continued to work on similar matters. In 2000, they joined Danna McKitrick, P.C. as an Associate Attorney, where they advised clients on corporate, real estate, healthcare and litigation issues. In 2004, they acted as an in-house attorney for Premiere Global Services, Inc., and also worked for several law firms. In 2005, they started their own firm, Raza & Associates, where they represented a professional sports franchise in litigation matters, drafted sales agreements, and prepared due diligence checklists. In 2007, they joined Paule, Camazine and Blumenthal, P.C. as an Associate Attorney, representing aeronautical and pet food manufacturers, real estate investors, and others. In 2011, they became the Chief Legal Officer/Attorney, Director of Corporate Affairs, and Director of Real Estate & Marketing for the Terminal Railroad Association of St. Louis. In 2015, they joined ESPN as a Talent Spotter and Booth Coordinator. Most recently, in 2022, they became the Vice President and General Counsel for Arcadian Infracom, where they review, drafts, and negotiates complex contracts, supports corporate finance/capital markets activities, and manages all legal team members.

Asim Raza holds a BA/MS in Criminal Justice from American University, a J.D. from DePaul University College of Law, and an MBA from Washington University in St. Louis.
