Andrew Smith is a seasoned professional in the field of quantity surveying and construction law, currently serving as the Global Commercial Director for Places at Arcadis. With a robust career that includes roles such as Partner and Commercial Manager at Arcadis, Andrew has extensive experience in commercial management and oversight. Prior to this, they held positions at Suffolk County Council, ARCADIS (UK) Limited, and John Shreeves & Partners, where they developed a strong foundation in quantity surveying and legal counsel. Andrew earned a Bachelor of Science in Quantity Surveying from Anglia Ruskin University, an MSc in Construction Law and Arbitration from Kings College London, and a Diploma in Law from London Metropolitan University.
