Gianluca Impallomeni

Gianluca Impallomeni is a highly experienced engineer with over two decades of expertise in civil engineering and project management. Serving as the Design & Engineering Lead and Technical Director at Arcadis from February 2001 to February 2024, Gianluca directed a strategic team, ensured high-quality project delivery, and developed strong client relationships. Previous roles included Technical Director and Senior Engineering Project Manager, overseeing complex engineering services and multidisciplinary projects. Beginning a career in academia, Gianluca contributed to public procurement project validation at Politecnico di Milano and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Università degli Studi Messina, where the completion of a state examination qualified for freelance practice.
