Hayley Farrell

Hayley Farrell is a highly experienced professional in the fields of health, safety, and wellbeing, currently serving as the Global Health Safety & Wellbeing Director at Arcadis since July 2022. With a strong background in wellbeing strategy, Hayley is also a Leadership Team member at LETS IMPROVE WORKPLACE WELLBEING CIC and has hosted the Psych Health and Safety Podcast in 2023. Previous roles at EMCOR UK included Wellbeing Manager and HR Business Partner, where efforts were focused on creating a desirable workplace culture. Earlier experience involved positions in recruitment and sales management at Fawkes & Reece, Kelly Group, and FMS. Hayley holds multiple degrees, including a PgD in Personnel and Development and a Bachelor of Commerce specialising in Human Resources and Business Psychology.
