Henriette McCool

Henriette McCool serves as the Global Program Director for Human Rights & Community Engagement at Arcadis since September 2025. Prior to this role, Henriette held the position of Social Innovation & Human Rights Manager at VINCI from June 2018 to September 2025, where key achievements included developing a global human rights performance assessment tool and managing extensive human rights audits across multiple countries. Henriette's earlier experience includes roles in corporate social responsibility at QDVC, a coordinator position with the Qatar Sustainability Network, financial control at LVMH, and research assistance at the EU Institute for Security Studies. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology and Political Science from the University of Cambridge and a Master of Science in International Relations from The London School of Economics and Political Science.
