Jose Rosich

Jose Rosich has over 25 years of experience in the engineering and project management fields, with significant roles at Arcadis from August 2013 to February 2023, where responsibilities included managing PRASA’s Capital Improvement Program in various capacities such as Client Program Manager and Principal Engineer. Prior to that, Jose worked as a Project Manager at CSA Group, Architects and Engineers from August 1997 to July 2013. Educationally, Jose holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil-Environmental Engineering from the University of Michigan, attained from January 1991 to January 1996, and completed studies at Colegio Ponceño between January 1986 and January 1991.
