Katrina A. Stevens

Katrina A. Stevens, CHRE, serves as the People Director for Enabling Functions and GBA People Director for Intelligence at Arcadis since January 2023. With extensive experience in human resources, Katrina has held leadership roles such as Global Director of Human Resources at IBI Group and B+H Architects, overseeing talent management for significant organizations in the engineering, architecture, and design sectors. Katrina's past positions include Director of Talent Services and National Director of Human Resources at Miller Thomson LLP, where strategic initiatives and change management were focal points. Additional roles include Director of Human Resources at Canadian Bearings Ltd. and National Manager of Human Resources and Administration at Kia Canada Inc. Katrina holds a Bachelor of Arts in Industrial Relations from the University of Toronto Mississauga and various other qualifications in human resources and diversity studies.
