Luiz Kachan

Luiz Kachan is a Mid-level GIS Software Engineer at Arcadis, with prior experience as a Software Developer at Sigma Geotecnologias Digitais, focusing on backend and Android development using Kotlin, data science with Python and TensorFlow, and web development with Flask.
