Niels Schenk

Niels Schenk is a seasoned professional currently serving as the Global Product and Technology Transformation Director at Arcadis since August 2024. Prior to this role, Niels held the position of Interim Director of Digital Product Development and Digital Data & Analytics at FedEx, where responsibilities included developing a product management organization for online shipping applications and transforming global digital data and analytics teams. Niels has also worked as a Manager of Digital Product Development and Product Manager at TNT, as well as Head of Data Science and Cloud Engineering and Data Director at Annalect, contributing to innovative projects in online advertising optimization. Earlier career experiences include serving as CTO at IncreaseOnline and various academic roles at Erasmus University Rotterdam and the Netherlands Interdisciplinary Demographic Institute. Niels holds a Master's degree from Utrecht University and a PhD from Erasmus University Rotterdam.
