Paul Maddison

Paul Maddison serves as the Global Services Director and Global Solution Leader for Project & Program Management at Arcadis since May 2020. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Project & Programme Management for Property & Buildings in the Middle East at WSP from April 2018 to April 2020, and various roles at Arcadis from July 2015 to March 2018, focusing on project management and client care in the Middle East region. Paul Maddison was also a Partner at EC Harris from 1999 to June 2015, where responsibilities included leading client service in cost and commercial management across the UAE. Early career highlights include a Senior Quantity Surveyor role at Davis Langdon & Everest, and significant contributions to the establishment of the Abu Dhabi business and delivery of corporate real estate projects. Paul Maddison holds an MBA from Alliance Manchester Business School, a BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying from The University of Salford, and completed executive education programs at Vlerick Business School and Saïd Business School, University of Oxford.
