Rachael Saville

Rachael Saville is an experienced project and program management professional with a focus on resilience. Currently serving as the GBA Service Director for Program Management at Arcadis since July 2019, Rachael also holds the title of Project Director, leading Project and Program Services within the Water, Energy, and ESI sectors. Prior experience includes a role as Manager at Deloitte UK from November 2013 to July 2019, where Rachael specialised in infrastructure capital programmes and led the PMO for a major rail infrastructure client. Rachael also worked as Senior Project Manager at EC Harris from May 2007 to November 2013, primarily in the aviation sector and was instrumental in implementing a knowledge share platform across global offices. Rachael began the career at Sherlock Consultancy as Project Manager from September 2004 to May 2007. Rachael holds a Bachelor of Arts in Housing and Development from the University of the West of England.
