Samuel Hersh

Samuel Hersh is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in climate resilience, urban development, and e-mobility. Currently serving as the North America E-Mobility Director at Arcadis, Samuel has held various significant roles, including Program Manager for Energy and EV Infrastructure Development at Revel and Assistant Vice President of Capital Programs at the New York City Economic Development Corporation. In this latter role, Samuel directed major capital projects, managed multi-million dollar contracts, and played a key role in innovative infrastructure initiatives, including public broadband projects. Samuel also contributed as a Policy Advisor for Coastal Resiliency in the NYC Mayor's Office, leading significant infrastructure projects and developing flood protection programs. An early career at Barclays Investment Bank and other notable organizations further established Samuel's expertise in finance and urban policy. Samuel holds a Bachelor's degree from Haverford College with a focus on the Growth and Structure of Cities.
