Shannon Spence is the Vice President of the Water Business Line at ARCADIS, where they currently lead the Planning and Business Advisory Services Group, managing over 125 employees and $10 million in project budgets. Since 2010, Shannon has been the lead for the Risk and Resilience Management Practice, focusing on enhancing the resilience of drinking water and wastewater utilities. Prior to this, Shannon held positions as an Instrumentation and Control Engineer and Group Manager at Arcadis and worked as an Apprentice and Journeyman Electrician with the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Local 3. Shannon graduated from The Cooper Union for the Advancement of Science and Art with a degree in Engineering, making the Dean's List.
