Silvia Parducci is a seasoned environmental, health, and safety consultant with 20 years of experience in the field. Currently serving as the Team Leader of the Sustainable Operations Team at ARCADIS, Silvia oversees proposal issuance, contract reviews, and client management while driving the team towards its billability goals and economic results. Previously, Silvia held positions at companies such as AECOM, Golder Associates, and MWH SpA, where they managed numerous environmental due diligence projects and compliance audits. Silvia holds a Master’s degree in Environmental Engineering from Politecnico di Milano.
