Todd Payton

Todd Payton serves as Vice President and Associate Vice President at Arcadis since July 2019, where Todd also holds the title of Principal Consultant. Prior to Arcadis, Todd Payton was Engagement Manager at Enablon from August 2015 to July 2019 and IT Manager at Main Street Capital Corporation from September 2014 to July 2015, overseeing day-to-day IT operations. Additional experience includes roles as Project Management Officer at DYONYX, Manager of IT Project Management Office at Air Liquide America, Senior Project Manager at Legacy Data Access, and Project Manager at Harris County Hospital District. Educational qualifications encompass a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Texas Tech University and prior attendance at Angelo State University and San Angelo Central High School.
