Barbara Fochtman

Barbara Fochtman currently serves as the Chief of Downstream and International Operations at Arcadium Lithium, a position held since January 2024. Prior to this, Barbara held multiple leadership roles at Livent from October 2018 to January 2024, including Global Head of Manufacturing and Operations and Global Operations Director. Barbara’s extensive experience at FMC Corporation spanned from August 1996 to October 2018, where responsibilities ranged from Director of Global Operations for Lithium to Global Procurement Director and various planning and managerial roles. Barbara began a career in engineering as a Process Engineer at Star Enterprise from January 1993 to August 1996. Barbara holds an MBA from Jacksonville University and a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin.
