Paul McGowan is an experienced operations leader with a strong background in the chemical and lithium industries. Currently serving as the Director of the Center of Excellence in Operations at Arcadium Lithium since May 2023, McGowan previously held the position of Global EHS Operations Lead at Livent from August 2018 to May 2023. Prior roles include Site Manager at FMC Lithium and DSM, as well as Plant Manager at SNF and Operations Manager at Rhodia. McGowan earned a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology between 1986 and 1991.
