Rui Milagaia

Rui Milagaia is an experienced Solutions Architect at Arcane Tinmen since September 2020, with a robust background in technology and entrepreneurship. Co-Founder and CTO of IT People Group, as well as Co-Founder and Head of R&D at Tandem Incubator, Rui has played a pivotal role in powering pre-seed startups through Augmented Reality and Mixed Reality applications. With a history in various leadership and engineering roles at companies like NextReality, BigAR, and coding projects with a focus on mobile and web applications, Rui has established a strong foundation in software architecture and team development. Rui holds a post-graduate degree in Digital Marketing and Analytics from NOVA IMS Information Management School and a Master of Engineering in Electrical and Robotics from Universidade Nova de Lisboa.
