Frederic Joye

Frederic Joye is the co-founder and president of Arcanys, a Swiss software development outsourcing company in the Philippines. Frederic specializes in building highly skilled teams of developers for tech-enabled companies and prioritizes flexible arrangements to ensure continuity. Frederic is also a co-founder and partner of Arcanys Ventures, which supports entrepreneurs through tech resource investment in 2nd and 3rd funding rounds. Frederic is the CEO of Sorrento Technology and serves as a board member for Arcanys Early Learning Foundation Inc. Additionally, Frederic is a mentor and leadership coach at Torch and a mentor at the Swiss Finance + Technology Association (SFTA), where they help FinTech startups develop disruptive business models and global go-to-market strategies. Frederic is also an investor and board member at Blurred, a dating app, and serves as an advisor for GeoStory, a platform for area-based awareness and engagement. Frederic is a member of YPO, a global leadership community of chief executives. Frederic previously held roles as the chairman and vice chairman of the ECCP Cebu Business Council at the European Chamber of Commerce of the Philippines.

Frederic Joye pursued their education in a chronological manner. From 1999 to 2002, they attended the University of Lausanne - UNIL, where they focused on the study of Law. Following this, from 2003 to 2008, they enrolled at the Haute Ecole d'Ingénierie et de Gestion du Canton de Vaud (HEIG-Vd), where they completed their Bachelor of Science degree. Their field of study at HEIG-Vd was Economics, Business Development & Administration.
