Magdalena Szarek serves as the Head of HR at Arcanys since January 2025, leading human resources for a leading Swiss software development outsourcing firm in the Philippines. Additionally, Magdalena is the CEO and Founder of adVANture Campers, a business that rents hippie-campervans. Previous roles include Head of Recruitment, Sourcing and Vendor Management, and Head of Delivery at RITS, where services span hiring IT specialists to business process automation. Experience also includes leadership positions at Talent Place, Prime Force Group, Stanley Black & Decker, McFarlane Kynn, BPO International, Emerson, and IBM. Magdalena holds multiple degrees from Kozminski University, including a Master's in Law and Psychology in Management, along with a Bachelor's in Management.
