Luca Albanese

Luca Albanese has extensive experience in the retail and purchasing sectors, particularly in the pet care industry. Currently serving as Merchandise Director at Arcaplanet since April 2014, Luca oversees Purchasing, Category Management, and Private Label teams. Previous roles at Arcaplanet include Private Label Manager and Senior International Buyer, where responsibilities encompassed managing the Private Label business and international vendor relations. Prior to this, Luca held positions at zooplus AG, Bulgari, Ariston Thermo Group, Yahoo!, PayPal, the Italian Embassy in Dublin, and Centro In Europa, contributing expertise in purchasing, demand planning, customer service, and project management. Luca holds a degree in International and Diplomatic Sciences from Università degli Studi di Genova.
