Maxim Crewe is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries, particularly in consumer and financial services. As a Partner at Cinven since 2006, Maxim heads the Consumer and Financial Services divisions. In addition, Maxim serves as a Non-Executive Director for multiple prestigious organizations, including Agrifarma S.p.A., Partner in Pet Food, True Potential LLP, and Kurt Geiger, demonstrating expertise in pet care, food manufacturing, and footwear. Previous Non-Executive Director positions include Premium Credit Ltd, Allegro, PLANASA, NewDay, and Avolon, showcasing a diverse portfolio in e-commerce, credit services, and aviation. Maxim holds a Master’s degree from the University of Oxford, obtained between 2000 and 2003.
