Chris Hilton

Chris Hilton is an experienced finance professional currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at Arcare Aged Care since May 2023. Prior to this role, Chris held the CFO position at Villa Maria Catholic Homes from January 2021 to May 2023 and served as Enterprise Process Director at Aurecon from April 2019 to January 2021. Chris's extensive career in finance includes roles as Financial Controller/GM Finance at Allity Aged Care, GM Finance (Aged Care), Head of Internal Audit APAC, and various finance management positions at Lendlease over an 11-year span. Earlier experiences include project accounting at HSBC and National Custodian Services, as well as project engineering at Pioneer Road Services. Chris holds a CPA from CPA Australia, a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment from the Securities Institute Australia, and dual degrees in Civil Engineering and Finance and Accounting from the University of Melbourne.
