Christos Roussos

Christos Roussos is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations in the healthcare and aged care sectors. Currently serving as the Chief People and Culture Officer at Arcare Aged Care since February 2024, Christos previously held significant positions such as Head of Workplace Relations and Acting Head of HR at headspace, and Interim Head of Human Resources at Carer Solutions Australia. Other notable roles include Director of Human Resources at The Australian National University and Executive Director of People and Corporate Support at St Vincent's Hospital Melbourne. Christos holds a degree in Politics and Legal Studies from La Trobe University, a Graduate Diploma in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from RMIT University, and completed HR Strategy in Transforming Organisations at the London Business School.
