Dr. Tracye Weeks

Dr. Tracye Weeks, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Chief People and Culture Officer at Mental Health America, beginning in February 2024. With extensive experience in human resources, Dr. Weeks previously held positions including Managing Director of Strategy and Advisory and Senior Human Resources Consultant at Nonprofit HR from November 2019 to February 2024. Prior roles include Director of Human Resources and Administration at The American Association of State Colleges and Universities and Human Resource Manager at Therapeutic Alliance, LLC, where significant HR initiatives were implemented, including HRIS and ATS systems. Dr. Weeks's career began at GEICO, where management of HR operations for over 3,500 employees was crucial. Dr. Weeks holds a Doctorate of Business Administration in Human Resources Management and Services from Walden University, further enhancing a solid educational background that includes a Master’s in Mass Communication and a Bachelor’s in Marketing.
