Raymond W. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles.

Raymond began their career as a Researcher at Université Blaise Pascal in 2002, where they worked until 2003. Following this, they joined GE Healthcare as a Business Analyst in 2004, holding the position until 2006.

From 2006 to 2010, Raymond worked at Huawei as a Regional Project Manager. Raymond then moved to GE China, where they worked as a Senior Project Manager & Global Process Leader from 2010 to 2014.

Afterward, Raymond joined New Design Associates in 2014 as the Business Director until 2015. Raymond then transitioned to their most recent role as the Executive Director at Arcbazar.com, Inc., starting in 2015.

Throughout their career, Raymond has gained extensive experience in project management, business analysis, and leadership roles in various organizations.

Raymond W. completed their Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering and Automation from Shanghai Jiao Tong University from 1998 to 2002. Raymond then pursued a Master of Science in Project and Program Management from SKEMA Business School, which they completed from 2003 to 2006.

In 2018, Raymond enrolled at the University of Toronto and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree, which they completed in 2021.

Additionally, Raymond has obtained several certifications throughout their career. In 2019, they received a Silicon Valley Immersion Executive Education Certificate from the University of San Francisco School of Management and an Innovation Management certification from the Global Innovation Management Institute. In 2018, they passed the CFA Level 1 examination conducted by the CFA Institute.

Furthermore, Raymond holds certifications such as GE Six Sigma Green Belt and ITIL Foundation Certificate, both obtained in 2013. In 2004, they obtained the Management Project Certification from the IPMA: International Project Management Association and the PRINCE2® Foundation Certification from PRINCE2.com. Raymond also obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in 2005.
