Lori Brooks has over 15 years of experience in customer experience and marketing roles. Currently, they are working at ArcBest as the Vice President of Customer Experience and Marketing, where they lead a team responsible for various areas including customer insights, branding, and digital marketing. Prior to ArcBest, Lori worked at UPS as the Director of Customer Experience, where they globally led customer experience for the GBS division. Lori also has experience in marketing roles at Verizon Wireless and Alltel Communications, where they focused on customer base marketing strategy and retention strategies. Additionally, Lori serves as a board member for the Epilepsy Foundation - Arkansas Chapter.
Lori Brooks attended Missouri State University from 1990 to 1995, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology with a minor in Marketing.
