Krista M. Dusak

Krista Dusak is currently the Vice President of Customer Experience & Marketing at EMC Insurance Companies. Krista has over fifteen years of experience working in marketing and branding, with a focus on strategic development and implementation.

Krista began their career in 2007 as the Marketing Communications Manager at American Modern Insurance Group. In this role, they were responsible for developing and executing marketing plans, managing budgets, and overseeing the creation of marketing materials. In 2013, they were promoted to Assistant Vice President of Creative Services, where they oversaw a team of designers and copywriters and was responsible for the company's branding strategy.

In 2016, Krista left American Modern to join Munich Re as their Global Head of Brand and Design. In this role, they were responsible for developing and implementing the Munich Re brand architecture and strategy. Krista also led a team of four creative teams worldwide and was a strong advocate for process and platform implementation across the global communications team. Krista left Munich Re in January 2022 to join EMC Insurance Companies as their Vice President of Customer Experience & Marketing.

Krista M. Dusak has an MBA in Marketing from Morehead State University and a BS in Graphic Design from the University of Evansville. Krista also has certification from Forrester in Forrester Mastering Customer Experience and Human Factors International in Certified Usability Analyst.
