Russ Aikman

Russ Aikman has held various positions within the transportation industry. Russ started their career at ABF Freight System, Inc. in 2000 as a Regional Training Specialist. In 2006, they became the Manager for the TurnKey/ByRequest/Info Center division. Russ later transitioned to the role of Director of Marketing and Public Relations in 2010. From 2017 to 2020, they served as the Director of Inside Sales, responsible for developing sales strategy and managing a team of sales professionals. In 2020, Russ joined ArcBest as the Director of Truckload and Inside Sales before being promoted to Director of Customer Solutions in July 2022.

Russ Aikman pursued a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) degree with a focus on Transportation & Logistics from the University of Arkansas. Russ then went on to earn a Master of Science in Transportation and Logistics Management (MTLM) from the same university. In addition to their academic qualifications, Russ also received certifications in Goal Setting and Accountability from Dale Carnegie Training.
