Mike Zimmer

Mike Zimmer currently serves as the Director of Customer Solutions at FSI, starting in October 2023, after a brief tenure as a Solutions Engineering Manager. Prior to FSI, Mike held the position of Advisory Solution Consultant, Channel & Alliances at Proven Optics from March 2023 to October 2023. Mike's experience includes roles as a Senior Sales Engineer at Wolters Kluwer ELM Solutions and Clari, where significant contributions included building a $1.5M influenced pipeline. As a Sr. Solution Engineer at iOFFICE + SpaceIQ, Mike defined demo methodologies and coordinated RFP responses. Previous positions include Senior Sales Engineer and Account Executive II at Accruent, and Account Executive roles at CAKE Corporation and Sysco, demonstrating a consistent track record in sales and customer solutions management. Mike holds a Bachelor of Science in Molecular Biology from Florida State University, earned from 2002 to 2006.
