Carl Jewell

Carl Jewell is a Senior Biomechanist at ARCCA since September 2018, with a strong educational background in Kinesiology from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, where a Bachelor of Science, Master's degree, and Doctor of Philosophy were earned. Prior experience includes serving as a Graduate Student focusing on Biomechanics research, particularly in gait, running mechanics, injuries, and pain. Carl participated in a collaborative research program as a Baystate Summer Scholar and volunteered at Cooley Dickinson Hospital in both the Emergency Department and Rehabilitation Center. Additional experiences include tutoring student-athletes and working in various roles, such as a Footwear Associate and General Labor/Driver.
