Prior to this role, Chris held various positions in the insurance industry, including Field Claims Manager at National General Insurance and Nationwide, where responsibilities spanned multiple states. Chris's career began at Progressive Insurance as a general adjuster/estimator and included a role as APD Manager at Farmers Insurance. Academically, Chris earned a Master's degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor's degree in Communications from William Paterson University of New Jersey.
