Albert Chun

Albert Chun possesses extensive experience in client success, operations, and leadership within the technology and insurance sectors. As the Head of Client Success at Arcee.ai, Albert focuses on enhancing customer relationships. In addition to founding AI Circle, Albert served as Principal at Scaled Success and held multiple leadership roles at Invisible Technologies Inc. and Renegade Insurance, including Director of AI Operations and Chief of Staff to the CEO. Albert also held the position of Vice President of Customer Success and Sales Enablement. Educationally, Albert holds an Ed. M. in Education Policy and Management from Harvard Graduate School of Education and has studied at Harvard Business School.
