Lalit Biswal

Lalit Biswal is an experienced professional in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) with a substantial background in managing and executing community development projects across various sectors. Currently serving as LEAD-CSR at ArcelorMittal Nippon Steel India, Lalit focuses on Greenfield projects while fostering relationships with community partners. Prior roles include Location Head-CSR at ACC Limited, where Lalit managed education and health initiatives, and Section Head-CSR at Hindustan Power, overseeing projects in tribal areas. Lalit holds an MBA in Rural Management from the Institute of Rural Management, Jodhpur, and a BS in Biology from Bhilai Nair Samajam, complemented by significant experience in project management and stakeholder engagement.
