Prasun Nath

Prasun Nath is an experienced electrical engineer currently serving as a Section Engineer for Electrical Power Systems at ArcelorMittal Nippon Steel India since July 2023, where responsibilities include operations and maintenance of 220 KV AIS substations and 33 KV SVC systems, along with 220 KV GIS switchgear testing and substation erection. Previous roles at NIT Agartala included Training and Placement Coordinator, facilitating student placements and intern opportunities, and serving as an Internship Coordinator. Prasun also gained practical experience through internships, such as at Coincent.ai as a Campus Ambassador focused on business marketing, and positions with the Airport Authority of India, ONGC, and Neepco, where engagement involved various aspects of electrical systems and power generation. Prasun holds a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Agartala.
