Kotze Marius

Kotze Marius has extensive experience in maintenance management within the steel production industry, currently serving as Maintenance Manager at ArcelorMittal South Africa since April 2011. In this role, Kotze Marius oversees multiple business units, including the Hot Strip Mill North and Cold Mills, as well as the Iron Making Department. Previously, Kotze Marius held positions as Superintendent of Crane Maintenance and as a Millwright and Maintenance Fitter at Arcelormittal from 1989 to 2007. Educational qualifications include a Certificate in Business Administration and Management from Wits Business School and a Diploma in HR Management from Vaal Technicon.
