Cynthia Arredondo is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and consulting. Currently serving as the VP of Recursos Humanos y Servicios for ArcelorMittal since January 2001, Cynthia is known for their energetic and affable nature, fostering open communication and problem-solving among colleagues. Prior to this role, Cynthia worked at ITESM Campus Monterrey from August 1989 to January 2001 as a consultant, specializing in quality systems, learning experience development, and leadership management for small and medium enterprises.
