Dries Grymonprez

Dries Grymonprez has extensive experience in various managerial roles at ArcelorMittal since September 1998, currently serving as the CAPEX Manager and Budget & Cost Manager for the decarbonisation program in Belgium. Dries has a strong background in project, program, and portfolio management, leading cross-functional teams and successfully implementing digital reporting and project management tools. In addition to ArcelorMittal, Dries serves as a guest lecturer in Lean Six Sigma at Ghent University and has held leadership positions in socio-cultural organizations. Dries holds two master's degrees in Chemical Engineering and Industrial Engineering from KU Leuven and has participated in numerous professional development programs, including management training at ArcelorMittal University.
