Hiroki Villemagne is an experienced professional in talent acquisition and management, currently serving as the Head of Talent Acquisition & Internal Redeployment at ArcelorMittal since December 2022. In addition to this role, Hiroki is the Managing Director and Owner of Wine Soul, a business focused on promoting wine tasting experiences and creating memorable moments through shared enjoyment. Previous roles include positions as an HR Analyst at Delphi and a Talent Acquisition Specialist at State Street, as well as serving as a Researcher at EDOUARD FRANKLIN, a firm specializing in Executive Search within Wealth and Investment Management. Hiroki holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration and Management from La Rochelle Université and completed training with the Sake Sommelier Association in 2019.
