Jose-Carlos Fernandez

Jose-Carlos Fernandez is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as the Head of Europe Transversal IT Infrastructure at ArcelorMittal since May 2021, Jose-Carlos also contributes as a Teacher/Speaker for the Executive MBA program at IUDE-Escuela de Negocios, Universidad de Oviedo. Previous positions include Senior Manager of Global Support Operations at CloudBlue, COO and CIO/CTO at Alisys, and Regional IT Director for Iberia & South Europe at Transcom. Jose-Carlos has a strong background in operational efficiency, cloud computing, and managing cross-functional teams, complemented by an Executive MBA and a degree in IT Engineering from Universidad de Oviedo, alongside a background in music education.
