Matthieu Calvary

Matthieu Calvary has extensive experience in industrial management, primarily with ArcelorMittal since September 2008, where currently serving as Directeur d'usine at the Mardyck facility, overseeing a workforce of over 500 and producing over 2 million tons of high-value steel annually. Previous roles include managing safety, environmental policies, and daily operations at a smaller facility, as well as operational management across multiple production sectors, and leading Lean Manufacturing initiatives across four plants. Prior to ArcelorMittal, Matthieu Calvary worked at Vallourec from September 2003 to September 2008, where responsibilities included project management and method engineering in a manufacturing context. Matthieu Calvary is an engineering graduate from ICAM Lille, having completed studies in 2003.
