Nadia FERNANDEZ FAIVRE has over two decades of experience in various roles focusing on compliance, supply chain management, and human resources across multiple industries. Presently serving as the Head of Compliance & Network Controller at ArcelorMittal since 2011, Nadia oversees legal risk management, international commercial contracts, and environmental services within the supply chain. Previous positions include HR International Mobility roles at Legrand and PSA Peugeot Citroen, where Nadia managed international labor law, mobility packages, and contract drafting. Earlier career experiences include legal counsel at CEAR, finance advisory at Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria, and litigation support at a law firm. Nadia holds several advanced degrees in law and international relations from prestigious institutions, alongside a postgraduate focus on corporate responsibility and sustainability.
