Valerie Benfares

Valerie Benfares has extensive experience in human resources and organizational development, currently serving as the Head of Diversity & Inclusion, Well-being, and Organizational Development for Long Products Europe at ArcelorMittal since June 2008. Prior roles at ArcelorMittal include Head of Talent Management for Long Products in Luxembourg and Head of the HR London office covering maternity leave, as well as a Senior HR role in Corporate Functions. Previously, Valerie worked at Guerlain as a Compensation & Benefits Analyst and Talent Acquisition Manager from January 2007 to June 2008. Valerie holds a Specialized Master in Compensation and International Mobility from Arts et Métiers ParisTech, an Exchange Program degree in Marketing, Human Resources, and Organizational Behavior from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, and a Master I in Business Administration from IAE Caen.
