Winnerford Prout Richards

Winnerford Prout Richards, MEng, BSc, currently serves as the Infrastructure Area Manager for Housing and Accommodations at ArcelorMittal, overseeing the planning, design, and construction of housing and related infrastructure. Previous experience includes work as a Project Consultant at MUSON GROUPS, where design reviews were conducted for the New Redemption Hospital, and as a Consultant, Architect, and Construction Expert for The Carter Center/LiCORMH, designing mental health clinics in Liberia. Winnerford has also held roles such as Project Architect for Welthungerhilfe, focusing on health facilities, and served as Assistant Chief Architect at the Ministry of Public Works, supervising architectural planning and design. Educational qualifications include a Master's in Architecture from Huazhong University of Science and Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Building Construction Technology and Architecture from Stella Maris Polytechnic.
