Xavier Lejeune

Xavier Lejeune brings extensive experience in operational leadership and process optimization within the steel industry, having held significant roles at ArcelorMittal since 1995. Notably, Xavier served as Head of Internal Audit for North Europe and the Corporate Office from April 2011 to March 2017, followed by a stint as Maintenance Manager at the Luxembourg steel plant. Currently, Xavier is the Head of Department and Business Process Owner for Europe at ArcelorMittal, focusing on the development and implementation of common processes and a unified ERP system across European operations. Prior experience includes serving as Chief Operations Officer for ArcelorMittal Construction in the Benelux and Scandinavia regions and Managing Director at MssTech in Turkey. Xavier's educational background includes a Master of Engineering from the University of Liège and a Master of Science from the Cranfield Institute of Technology.
