Heidi Gootnick

Heidi Gootnick currently serves as General Counsel and Data Protection Officer at Resilience, having held previous roles as Assistant General Counsel. Prior to this, Gootnick worked at Winget, Spadafora & Schwartzberg, LLP as an Associate Attorney, and contributed as a tutor at Learning Enhancement for Students of Law. Additional experience includes positions as an Associate Attorney at Ohrenstein & Brown, and as an Attorney at Gootnick's own law practice. Gootnick's earlier career features roles as Associate In-House Counsel at Pistilli Realty Group, Summer Associate at Fitzpatrick Cella Harper & Scinto, Teaching Fellow and Research Assistant at Hofstra University School of Law, and Summer Law Intern at the Queens County District Attorney's Office. Gootnick obtained a Juris Doctor from Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University, a Master's degree in Secondary Science Education from Pace University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Biology and History from Boston University.
