Kaykham Sysounthorn is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in systems engineering and management. Currently serving as a Senior Systems Engineer and Technical Specialist at Arcfield since July 2025, Sysounthorn previously held pivotal roles at Northrop Grumman as a Systems Engineering Manager and Senior Principal Systems Engineer, where responsibilities included program management, staffing, and financial oversight.
